Wanting to adopt more than anything

Hi everyone, my name is Tiffany.  I am 27 and happily married. I was a virgin until I was raped at 19 and thats when all my problems started. after that within a year I had my first female surgery and learned that I had ovarian cancer, endometriosis, adnomiosis, cysts, and more.  So they did what they could that time.  I ended up having 6 more surgeries all trying to fix me.  I was basically living on muslce relaxers and pain pills all because I didn't want to lose the ability to have children.  I have loved and wanted children my entire life. AT 23 I was told there wasn't anything else they could do and that I couldn't have children and I had to have a hysterectomy. That day was the hardest thing for me. Luckily I met a man that accepts I can't have children and wants to adopt with me.  So here is my dilemna we want a child more than anything, but we can't afford the adoption fees.  I am writing on here in hopes that someone can make my dream finally happen.  I will give a child the most love it could ever want.  Thanks for listening.
